QIGONG® Group can install any QIGONG® equipment as requested, regardless of the scale and type of installation. Our qualified technicians are familiar with all installation processes to meet the requirements of each site and customer. We can also provide technical support to local installation personnel.We can provide online technical guidance for any minor installation issues with local installation personnel, while major problems can be handled by specialized professionals.
Maintenance and Interventions
- The standard warranty period for all components is 12 months, and after the 12-month period, maintenance will be provided for a fee. The intelligent systems of all products receive free upgrades throughout their lifetime.
- As our products are frequently used or used outdoors, regular maintenance and upkeep are necessary to ensure prolonged use and minimize potential issues.
- QIGONG®’s products also require maintenance and upkeep. All of our products come with a maintenance manual, and if you are unsure how to maintain or upkeep your equipment, please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time. We can provide guidance and support.
