Process Description
System automatic message reminder
The system allows access from any client device to log in to the Leave Management System within network. Authorizer can authorize leave requests based on their respective permissions. When individuals requesting leave enter or exit through the main gate, they can swipe their card to verify their identity. The system will display their photo or electronic ID along with their leave information. The on-duty personnel will then assess whether entry or exit is permitted.
Attendance System Equipment Structure:
The hardware components of the system include a local area network, card reader, computer server, and others. The software adopts a Browser/Server (B/S) network architecture, enabling online leave approval, inquiry, statistical analysis, and supervision.
