Retractble Gate Structure

The gatebody is composed of gateleaves, guide rails, anchor bolts, etc. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient clearance between the gate body, guide rails, and anchor bolts to ensure that the gate body can be opened smoothly.
The gateleaf is composed of upper and lower leaf plates. The upper leaf is equipped with observation windows and observation holes, and the lower leaf is equipped with a control box, which can realize the opening and closing of the gate.
During installation, all screws must be tightened. If the screws are not tightened or loosened, the gatecannot be opened smoothly.
During use, if you find that the gateis not closed tightly or there are abnormal noises, please check whether the connecting parts are loose or damaged. If this happens, repair or replace the accessory immediately.
The track is composed of four steel rails + a cement track in the middle. A steel rail is arranged at the part connected with the gatebody at the bottom of the track. When in use, it is necessary to ensure the parallelism of the rail and the track.

Retractble Gate Material

The gatebody material of the retractablegate should be high-quality aluminum alloy or stainless steel, its thickness should be 0.4~0.8 mm, and the surface should be galvanized or painted or sprayed. The specification, material and color of the gate body shall be determined according to the design requirements, and shall not be less than the width of the main frame.
The material of the gatebody should have good corrosion resistance and rust resistance. The color of the gatesurface should be consistent with the color of the building surface, not too dark or too light. If it is PVC material, it cannot be used. The surface of the gate body should be smooth and free of burrs, no obvious depressions, cracks, cracks and scratches.
The main frame of the retractable gateis an important load-bearing member, its main function is to bear the vertical pressure from above and the horizontal thrust from below, and bear the entire weight of the lower part of the gatebody. The gate structure is composed of main frame, cross bar, anchor bolts, positioning pins and anchor bolts. The main frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles, the frame is made of stainless steel profiles; the positioning pins are made of stainless steel; the anchor bolts are made of stainless steel; the positioning pins and anchor bolts are made of stainless steel.

Control System

The control system of the retractable gateshould include: main control board (main board), remote control (including battery), photoelectric sensor switch, motor, reducer and drive rod and other parts.
The main control board is the core of the whole system. It is composed of the main board and other necessary lines. It is the heart of the retractable gate. It controls the speed of the motor, receives and sends signals, and receives signals from other devices.
The remote control is the most important part of the retractablegate, it receives the signal sent by the main control board and controls it. The remote control is powered by a small battery, and the battery is generally replaced every six months, or multiple batteries can be used alternately for power supply.
The photoelectric sensor switch is used to detect moving objects, including people and vehicles, and transmit them to the controller.
The driving rod is generally made of aluminum alloy and other materials for the main rod of the electric retractablegateand the driving rod. It is one of the most important components in the retractable gate.

Determine the installation location, check the levelness of the gateopening with a level ruler and feeler gauge, draw the installation position line of the retractablegate on the gate opening, and draw each gate frame line with a marker pen.
Clean up the site, fix the anchor bolts on the ground with screws, and tighten them with bolts.
Install the gateleaf against the wall, fix it on the wall with expansion screws, and fill the gap between the gateframe and the wall with foam glue.
Fix the anchor bolts on the wall with expansion screws, install the gateleaf and gateframe, and adjust the parallelism and height of the gate frame and gate leaf.
Install the anchor bolts at the bottom of the gateleaf, then move the gateleaf to the right and keep it parallel to the wall. Check whether the gap between the gate leaf and the wall meets the standard, and fix it with screws.
Pay attention when installing the track: pull the track to the last position; when fixing the track, ensure that the upper and lower ends of the track are well connected; avoid using unqualified screws.
After fixing the gateframe, fix the gateframe with screws first. Then push the anchor bolts through the tracks and push the retractable gate into place.
Debug the operation of the retractablegate, and adjust the running speed and direction of the retractablegate.

Maintenance

The retractable gateshould be inspected regularly, and any faults found should be eliminated in time. Always check the opening and closing of the gatebody, especially before the onset of bad weather, to avoid affecting the use due to the unsmooth or inflexible opening and closing of the gate. During the operation of the gate, if any abnormal situation is found, it should be eliminated in time to avoid accidents.
Cleaning of the gatebody and guide rail: After cleaning the dust in the track, apply a thin layer of lubricating oil on the gatebody.
Regularly check the gatebody: check the retractable gateregularly, and check whether the connection between the gate body and the guide rail is loose or falls off. Problems found should be dealt with in time.
Do not hang heavy objects or place sundries on the gateframe of the retractablegate. When a failure occurs, it should be repaired by a professional in time.
Clean the exterior of the retractable gatefrequently: When cleaning, use a clean soft cloth and wash with neutral detergent or soapy water.

Precautions

During the opening process of the retractable gate, try to avoid collision with other objects or people, and repair it in time.
The dust, dirt and other debris on the surface of the gateshould be cleaned in time to keep the appearance of the retractablegate clean and beautiful.
During the use of the retractablegate, if the gatebody is found to be inflexible in retractable expansion or other faults, it should be promptly contacted with technical personnel for maintenance.
